HA! How's this for a conservative tv show? Marge gets a boob job this season. Yeah, I think we're all one step closer to Marge having a partial birth abortion performed next. Well, ok, that may never happen (unless ....) but Marge does at least expose herself to Springfield this season, and that's a little out there. 'Cept for maybe the fact they already had an episode where Marge & Homer tried making love in public and ended up naked in a packed football stadium. This time around, Marge has enormous knockers, though ... so I guess that's different. I just hope they don't mix in a storyline about how Marge develops a gambling addiction or the Simpsons get another horse or elephant, or ... hell, I dunno. 5:00 cannot get here fast enough by my book.

Are boob jobs an inherently liberal concept? Never thought knockers to be a political statement, but I guess that's how far behind the curve I am...
Well, throw in the concept of Marge flashing Springfield. Now, unless I missed Ann Coulter flashing her boobs all over New York, I'd swear that smacks of free love ... almost.
Ah, but to what principle will that moment ultimately be in service? Should it be taken out of context? If she reverts to pre-op form by the end of the episode (which she surely will), will you assume that to be a complete repudiation?
I suppose that by merely showing Bart steal the Bonestorm game, they endorse theft (an entirely Democrat principle), never mind the ultimate message delivered at show's end.
And when was the last time Maureen Dowd flashed the world? Wait a minute, don't tell me... cuz if there's footage of that out there, I don't wanna know about it.
Surely you recall Jane Fonda in Barbarella ... close enough, I contend.
I'm going with the presumption that even though Marge will surely go back to her pleasant AAA-cup, she will have enjoyed the free-spirited days spent with gawking admirers and Homer in a sexually aroused state. Since we all know nobody does sex better than a liberal activist, this can surely not fit with the prudes of the right.
Thirdly, you know damn well what I now MUST do this weekend: write my dissertation on how The Simpsons are just another pawn in the liberal media empire. I'm gonna need some DVDs, a pot of strong coffee, and a cure for carpal tunnels. But God as my witness (oops, sorry ... that is SO non-Democrat of me) ... But Satan as my witness, it will be done.
Hail Satan!
One last post on this until you get the Simpsons screed up: Totally disagree about the activists. When they're that liberal, they're either 1) lesbian or 2) so caught up in Freidanism that the man is an afterthought to the expression of their liberated womanhood in the act of "the sex". Since they're already free, there's less inhibition, but then there's nothing subversive about that. That's why, when looking for the ultimate sexual experience, one needs to co-opt a prude and then subvert her utterly. And, speaking as someone who has enjoyed the favors of one chick in a Catholic school uniform, and another in Catholic school CHEERLEADER uniform, I gotta say: the cons have it.
