I recommend filling the walls with bladders of kerosene with several ignition devices spread throughout the domicile, especially at all egress points.
Sounds like a good deal, though. Go for it!
Hmm. Kerosene's a bit smelly, so the plan would best go with vertical waterbed bladder sections between the studs that are alternately containing ammonium nitrate and fuel oil. That'd teach that door-to-door salesman a thing or two...
